If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, S7 Gamer settles bets according to its official rules.

General rules:
  • Cancelled before the match starts: All bets are marked "Void" (cancelled) and the full stake is returned to your wallet within 24 hours.
  • Match started but abandoned at half-time: In cricket, if the D/L method applies, bets are settled based on the official result. If no result is reached, the bet is declared Void.
  • Suspended markets in football: If the match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
  • For accumulator bets (Parlay): The voided leg is removed and the remaining legs are settled accordingly, or the entire bet may be declared Void.
How long does a refund take?
Typically within 24–48 hours of the cancellation decision. In some cases, it may take longer pending an official ruling. Your bet status will show as "Void" or "Refunded". If you experience any issues, contact live chat with your bet ID.
