2. Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
3. Bonus abuse or bonus fraud (including bonus hunting and arbitrage betting).
4. Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
5. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
6. Using S7 Gamer for money laundering purposes.
7. Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.

S7 Gamer reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Where there is clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• In cases of a security risk to the account or a threat of cyberattack.
• Under a valid court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Reopening a permanently closed account is subject to strict limitations.
